French padel brand 4PADEL is continuing its expansion in France with plans to open a new indoor complex in Vélizy-Villacoublay in the Yvelines department. The site is scheduled to open in September 2026, will offer ten covered courts, and has already launched a targeted recruitment campaign for the centre's leadership. The move strengthens the chain's network in the Île-de-France region and responds to growing demand for high-quality padel facilities in the western Paris metropolitan area.

A new 4PADEL complex in Île-de-France

After several openings in recent years, 4PADEL is once again expanding its national network. Vélizy-Villacoublay, located about 15 kilometres south-west of central Paris, will soon host its own complex under the brand. The project is aimed explicitly at padel players of all levels – from regular tournament competitors to beginners discovering the sport.

The concept calls for a modern venue with ten indoor courts that can be used year-round, enabling training and play regardless of weather. The facility is designed in a welcoming environment and equipped with premium infrastructure, as is typical for 4PADEL centres. Changing rooms, catering areas and service offerings are usually standard at such sites and are also expected to shape daily life for members and guests in Vélizy-Villacoublay.

The planned opening in September 2026 marks the next milestone in the brand's regional development. 4PADEL aims to make the new location one of the reference points for padel in the western Paris suburbs. In an area where the sport has gained significant popularity in recent years, the complex is intended to create additional capacity and ease booking bottlenecks.

The Vélizy-Villacoublay site also fits into the context of further 4PADEL projects in the Paris region. 4PADEL seeks a centre director

Alongside preparations for the opening, 4PADEL has started the search for a leader for the new complex. The company is looking for a male or female centre director who will be responsible for the project from the preparation phase through to day-to-day operations. The position is offered on a permanent contract (CDI) and is due to start on 15 July 2026 – in time to coordinate the build-up of the site and the hiring of additional staff before the official opening.

The future manager will play a central role in the economic and organisational establishment of the club. This includes steering daily operations as well as developing a team that meets the standards of a growing padel brand. The role requires on-site presence; remote work is not possible.

Specific responsibilities of the future centre manager include:

• driving the complex's economic performance through key management indicators;
• leading teams – from recruitment and onboarding to staff development;
• ensuring smooth on-site operations, including daily routines, safety, maintenance and customer relations.

Profile focused on management and padel

4PADEL is seeking a candidate with proven experience in running a profit centre or in operational management. Alongside business know-how, a genuine affinity for padel is essential – both as a sport and as a growing market in France. Applicants should be able to shape a young, dynamic environment while maintaining the brand's quality standards.

The advertised annual salary ranges from €36,000 to €43,000 gross. The bracket reflects the responsibility of leading a newly opened site and targets candidates with relevant professional experience in sport or leisure. The role requires daily attendance at the Vélizy-Villacoublay location.

With the new facility, 4PADEL confirms its goal of further densifying its network in Île-de-France. The region is one of the country's most dynamic padel markets: clubs, recreational players and the tournament scene are growing in parallel, while demand for modern indoor courts exceeds capacity in many places.
